Agency Technology
When we formulated plans to create Stratton Agency’s, safety and security of our client’s private information was of utmost importance. We selected a state-of-the-art software system comprised of two vendors that fully integrate to provide data management, communications, imaging and accounting. We chose Applied Systems, the most comprehensive agency management system and etfile for our electronic document management solution.
By utilizing this technology, Stratton Agency is a Green Office. We maintain electronic copies of all client files which results in increased efficiency and a reduced impact on the environment. We’ve managed to turn off most US Mail delivery to the agency in exchange for electronic mail. The little mail that’s unavoidable is scanned, shredded and recycled. We haven’t the need for a photo copier and print or fax when absolutely necessary.
